Data and methodology. Pilot data. On 16 Oct 2026 we collected each venue's most recent public Google reviews (up to 100) through a third-party data provider, DataForSEO. Overall ratings and review totals are Google's figures on that day. Review velocity is reviews per month across the period covered by the collected reviews. 90-day rating is the average of collected reviews from the last 90 days. Venue themes count keyword matches in 4–5★ reviews (praise) and 1–2★ reviews (complaints). An AI model summarised the suburb themes from anonymised review text. We quote short excerpts and never show reviewer names. Google doesn't endorse this pilot, and the 90-day figures and themes are our own calculations. Venue owners can request corrections from their venue's page.
